Sunday I participated in a Portrait Jam held by the West Suburban Chicago Flickr group. It was fantastic to be able to work with studio lighting and photograph people other than myself.

Here is one shot I took that day. She made a fantastic model and I loved her fun pink rocker girl look.

  2. I'd love to be able to photograph people every once in awhile. Most people run and hide if a camera is pointed their way, including me.

  3. I actually used to do photo days like that when I was a young teen... as a model! I have no idea what I was thinking - I had some curves but I was certainly not a knockout.

    That's a cute photo of the girl. Nicely lit, choice of black background goes great with the outfit (but of course, if you've seen my cat's site, you know I love pink and black).
