After the storm brilliance

Well, it is Friday and I survived another week. During the week, Wed to be specific, there was a massive storm. I say massive because the damage it did near my workplace was more than I've ever personally seen. Big trees uprooted, two buildings had their roof blown off. I was upset I didn't bring a camera to catch those scenes though I was at work which has nothing to do with photos or being outside.

After the storm passed, the sky lit up a brilliant orange. I did get outside with the camera for that and thought I'd share a photo of it today. Enjoy the orange sky.

  1. I heard storm is a phenomena out of the effort by nature to balance up the high and low pressure pockets. The bright orange sky is a smile of job well done!

  3. The first thing I saw when I loaded your page was this photo, and it just blew me away. Your photos are always good, but this one stands out to me. I love when the sky is captured in special moments like this.
